How do you ensure my items arrive in mint condition?
We are collectors too! Every standard 4-inch Funko Pop! is shipped in a complimentary premium protector, and we use heavy-duty double-walled boxes with ample bubble wrap to prevent transit damage.
What is your return policy for change of mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for high-value collectables.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our collectables worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve upcoming releases. Payment is taken at the time of purchase, and your entire order will ship once all items, including pre-order items, are in stock.
